2. Use of the Services
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person. Transmitting obscene or offensive content. Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services. Impersonating another person. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services. Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Service Modifications: Realty Logic reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Realty Logic shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Property Listings and Information Accuracy of Listings: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the property listings and other information provided through the Services, Realty Logic does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of such information. Property details are provided by landlords and vendors, and Realty Logic is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Independent Verification: You are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of any information provided through the Services before making any decisions related to renting or purchasing property.
Viewings: Arranging viewings of properties listed on our website does not constitute any obligation on Realty Logic to offer the property to you. Viewings are subject to availability and at the discretion of the landlord/vendor and Realty Logic.
4. Rental Services Application Process: To apply for a rental property through Realty Logic, you will be required to complete an application and provide certain information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your application.
References and Credit Checks: Realty Logic may conduct reference and credit checks as part of the application process. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes your consent to such checks.
Tenancy Agreements: All rentals are subject to a tenancy agreement which will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of the tenancy agreement before signing.
Fees and Deposits: Rental services are subject to fees and deposits as outlined in the tenancy agreement. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and deposits in a timely manner. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the tenancy agreement.
5. Sales ServicesAgency Agreement: If you are engaging Realty Logic to sell your property, you will be required to enter into an agency agreement which will outline the terms of our services, including fees and commission.
Valuations: Property valuations provided by Realty Logic are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Negotiations: Realty Logic will act as an intermediary between you and potential buyers and will endeavor to negotiate the best possible price for your property.
Legal Advice: Realty Logic recommends that you seek independent legal advice before entering into any agreement for the sale or purchase of property.
6. Intellectual Property Ownership:
All content included in the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Realty Logic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Services without the prior written consent of Realty Logic.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REALTY LOGIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTY LOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF REALTY LOGIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL REALTY LOGIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Realty Logic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
